Sailing Yacht "HANSEAT IV" - Rig, Sails and Decks-hardware

Rig:
Manufacturer: Marten Spars Ltd., Auckland, New Zealand.
Mast and Boom are made of carbonfibre.
Boom is manufactured under Leisure-Furl license for mainsail stowage and reefing.
Mast has 4 swept back spreaders (carbonfibre)
Boom has integral custom-made sunshade systems
Mast and Boom have integrated mast and cockpit illumination systems
Standing rigging: Riggarna, stainless steel 316 Rods,
Running rigging: Vectran halyards and Spectra sheets
The entire Rig is painted with Awlgrip paints in Oyster white.
Boomvang and Backstay cylinders: Navtec
Genoa and Staysail Furler: Reckmann RF90-3 R50, resp. R40 in stainless steel
Sails:

Manufacturer: Doyle Bouzaid Sails Ltd. Cruising, Auckland, New Zealand.
Material: Vectran
All sails are hydraulically furled, except APC (MPS) which is stowed in a sleeve.
Measurements: I = 29,024 m J = 8,816 m
  P = 26,188m E = 9,616m

Mainsail 143.9 m2

Staysail 57 m2  
APC (MPS) in Nylon in rainbow colours: 406 m2
The deck hardware is supplied from Harken’s custom stainless steel line, including traveler tracks and cars, blocks and end stops.
The winches are supplied by Lewmar and are again in stainless steel:
Two Primaries 88/3 SHST
One Mainsheet 77/3 SHST
Two Halyard 77/3 SHST
Deck hatches are Lewmar Ocean Range, polished Aluminum
Lazarette and Decks locker are closed with teak laid, gas ram supported lids
The Dinghy is stowed in a dedicated Garage in the Foredeck, which is closed by a hydraulically driven large size hatch.
Two Captive Winches, one Lewmar and one Nielssen, are installed in Deck lockers outside of the Dinghy hatch.
A decks shower is installed on the aft deck
Mooring bollards, cleats and fairleads are custom made and of stainless steel 316.
Hull ports are manufactured by Van Wingerden in stainless steel and fitted with storm blinds.
Coaming ports are supplied from Hood and are made of stainless steel as well.
The Anchor is a Bruce, stainless steel, 90kg, with an 80 m galvanized 16 mm chain. There is a 40 kg Fortress Anchor and 20 m chain forerunner in spare.
The anchor windlass Type Simpson Lawrence Pacific, model VGD, Series 2B, hydraulic, is vertically installed and operated by Remote Control, through which also the chain washing equipment is activated.
The Passarelle is hydraulically operated, 3 parts extendable and 15 degr. up and down tilting. Lifelines, stanchions, pushpit and pulpit are custom made and of stainless steel. Four stanchions on either side are telescopic. When extended, they serve as holding points for the Sun awning, which is integrated in the Boom. A Sprayhood is installed over the main companionway.
2 Pilothouse Windows are fitted with 2 two-speed wipers with washers.
